The realistic appearance is achieved through a combination of laser cutting, fine engraving, UV printing, and epoxy coating. Multi-Step Production Process

The donut shape is first laser-cut from acrylic sheet. Then, fine engraving creates the irregular texture of the icing. UV printing applies the base color, icing color, and sprinkles in separate passes. Finally, a thin epoxy layer gives the icing a wet, glossy appearance. The result is a highly realistic miniature dessert that customers love to touch and show off.

This product was developed by our in-house R&D team, who studied real donut appearances and adapted them for acrylic processing. We have applied for design patents on several shaped products. You can customize the donut color, icing style, and sprinkles. We can also create other dessert shapes like cupcakes, cookies, or macarons.
